Ada College of Education is part of the 38 public Colleges of Education scattered throughout the country. The school is under the ministry of education and admission into the school is structured and supervised by the principals of colleges of education (princof)
Ada College of Education was formally Called Ada Teacher Training College and was established in 1965.It is Located at Ada Foe in the Greater Accra Region is one of the Two Colleges of Education in the Greater Accra Region which is responsible for training Professional Teachers in the Basic Education Level.
It is Accredited to the University of Cape Coast.
Admission into Ada College of Education
Admission forms are sold between February to April each year at regional post offices throughout the country. The admission process is online and after one purchases the scratch card, one then proceeds to fill the application forms online.
Ada College of Education Admission requirement
You need at least 5 subjects to apply.
You need to have at least c6 in English, Core maths and either interscience or social studies together with at least c6 in any of your best two elective subjects. You can apply with WASSCE OR SSCE OR A NOVDEC. You can also combine the results.
