MISSION

• To sustain long term affiliate activities in line with market requirement and board guidance
• To manage the Company’s in line with the strategy and the budget approved by the Board
and in accordance with local legal requirements
• To implement Company’s policies with an emphasis on Quality & HSE policies
• Deliver COMPANY’S services to external clients
• Increase the Company’s market shares.

 RESPONSIBILITIES, AUTHORITY AND ACCOUNTABILITIES
Description and Expected Outcome/Performance Indicators

SALES:
– Develop the local activity
– Prepare and submit commercial offers and/or tenders
– Ensure that commercial and tenders are offered in a timely manner and at the most favorable commercial conditions
– Ensure commercial offers cover taxes and cost associated with local regulations
Expected Outcomes & KPIs:
• Process 23 output and KPIs
• Country turnover
• Vessels utilization rates

MARKETING:
– Ensure understanding of COMPANY’S services by O&G actors using Corporate standardized marketing tools (Vessels, services, CSC process)
– Provide Local Market Analysis
– Ensure regular visit of clients with focus at highest management level
– Ensure development of adapted local marketing tools based on standardized Corporate Marketing tools
Expected Outcomes & KPIs:
• Access to highest client management level
• Number of visit
• Country vessels average working rate

CONTRACT MANAGEMENT:
– Ensure delivery of the service according to contract terms (Safety- Ops – Compliance) and Company’s Standards
– Ensure client satisfaction
– Ensure invoicing and cash collection is properly managed
– Ensure Client satisfaction meet COMPANY’S’s expectations through providing leadership to contract management team
– Ensure contract execution, respect… PO executions, implementation of supplier service quality control and cost control
– Identify Critical services (safety-security-compliance)
– Actively participate in contract deployment to ensure local rules and constraints are anticipated
Expected Outcomes & KPIs:
• Process 07 output
• KPI for cash collection as set annually
• Numbers of non-conformity related to contract deployment

LOCAL CONTENT:
– Understand and monitor local contents requirements (training, expat/local ratio, purchasing, crewing
– Ensure commercial offers are in line with those requirements and Company’s engagements
– Ensure local content requirements are met in line with local requirements and with Company’ commercial
Expected Outcomes & KPIs: TBC

FINANCE/ADMIN/COST CONTROL:
– Is accountable for maximizing the P&L, follow up critical issues with the Finance Manager
– Is liable for implementation of cost control and compliance, Business analysis, Bank relations, Cash management-Cash pulling, Local taxes, Local insurance…
– Responsible for the production of statutory accounts (AR-AP-GL)
Expected Outcomes & KPIs:
• Accurate, timely, comprehensive production of statutory accounts
• Compliance

SUPPLIERS:
– Ensure PO are executed and supplier quality control, cost and contract duration are monitored
– Identify critical services
Expected Outcomes & KPIs:
• Process 13 KPI

HSE:
– Implement Client HSE procedure on board
– Verify BB HSE procedure application on board vessel
– Implement BB HSE procedure onshore
– Run investigations locally
– Report to client on HSE matters (CAP)
Expected Outcomes:
• Process 03 output

• COMPANY’S HSE Targets
KPIs:
• Process 036 KPI
• LTI/ TRIR
• Yearly objective set by Region

QUALITY:
– Responsible for implementing process approach
– Responsible for promoting COMPANY’S guidelines & policies

COMPLIANCE: provide support to the MD as requested in the organization in order to:
– Responsible for complying to internal and legal regulations regarding business management
Expected Outcomes:
• Process 25 outputs
• Manage relationship with authority in country and other country as applicable
KPIs:
• Zero non-conformity

PARTNERS LIABILITIES:
– Ensure implementation of board decisions in Company’s actions plan
– Ensure Company’s management in line with Partner’s vision
– Report to the board any local environment changes (social, economic, legal) that may affect Company’s strategic vision
– Report regularly Company’s activity to the board

Being the sole interlocutor, evaluating quantity, quality, cost and value, ensuring continuity of service, monitoring documentation and modifications, identifying opportunities for improvement.

 

Networking Creation and management of networksKnow how to develop internal and external networks: identify key contacts, develop and maintain relationships of trust over time. Use your network to identify new opportunities.

 

Legal Business LawKnowledge of business law and contract law

 

HSE Culture Know how to promote and direct HSE culture and awareness within its area of responsibility.

Fleet Management Knowledge of different OSV operations techniques.
Marine Standards Know the industry standards: OVID, OSM, ISM, IMCA. Know how to perform a self-evaluation of the OSM in relation to its area of responsibility.

 

8. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCES
Qualifications Minimum:  First DegreeA Master’s Degree in Oil & Gas or a related field will be an added advantage
Experiences 5 Years in Marine/Oil &Gas Industry + 5 Years in a Management  Position

 

9. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION (role, etc.)
Sole representative of Organization in Ghana through his affiliate Company will primarily work for Organization as Business Manager / Company’s representative and will provide support to other Organization’s affiliates operating in Ghana.
