1.  An applicant after downloading the admission form should print out the form

2. Complete the printed form

3. Attach all required documents

4. Submit the completed form at the Admissions office located at Miotso near Dawhenya

5. The cost of the form is GHC100 or the Cedi equivalent of USD100 for non-Ghanaians (Payment is to be made with Bankers’ Draft)
