Eligibility Requirements
| Requirements 1: | GPA in previous post-secondary studies of at least 3.0 on 4-point scale. |
| Requirements 2: | WES or ECE evaluation for non-U.S. institutions prior to enrollment at Saint Rose. |
| Requirements 3: | Members of Phi Theta Kappa honor society are eligible for an additional awards, in addition to the transfer scholarship. |
