GOIL offers you different modes of payment for goods and services at the service stations. In addition to using cash, GOIL Coupons and GO cards are accepted. These payment options are available to individuals, companies,  organizations and transport owners who wish to control expenditure.

Fuel Retailing

GOIL has a large and growing retail network of unparalleled geographical spread, currently

comprising more than 290 service stations, and 150 consumer outlets spread across

the country. The consumer outlets include companies, schools, hospitals, factories, hotels, and

banks amongst others.

In addition, there are a number of other retail outlets established to market premix fuel and

kerosene to rural areas.

The Company’s geographical spread places it first in terms of the distribution of petroleum

products and its network enables its products to reach virtually all parts of the country. GOIL

fuel is widely preferred because of the many advantages;

GOIL sells additivated fuels that give high performance. GOIL fuel is economical because it

reduces Fuel Consumption and maintenance costs; it is efficient because it disperses water and

improves combustion and it also reduces fumes and toxic emissions.

GOIL Stations are spread across the length and breadth of the  country. Our network of stations is categorized into 5 zones:-

Lubricants

Our rebranding came with a novelty and a continuous improvement program in customer satisfaction. Our efforts have been channeled into marketing lubricants that meet customer needs.Our lubricants have been repackaged and given a more vibrant look. New lubricants have also been added to the range to attend to the varying needs of our customers. Most of Our lubricants are produced by Tema Lube Oil Limited (TLOC). Those that cannot be blended are imported directly from Agip Petroli of Italy (well known for their research and marketing of lubricants).

GOIL’s comprehensive range of lubricants vary from synthetic engine oils to mineral based engine oils for both petrol and diesel engines, multi grade and single grade lubricants for both petrol as well as diesel engines to high quality Gear oils. We also stock Hydraulic oils, Automatic Transmission Fluids (ATF), Brake Fluids, (DOT 3, and DOT 4), greases as well as Car Care Products. The stringent specifications our oils meet include American Petroleum (API), Military (MIL), European (CCMC), Asia (ACEA) and original Engine Manufacturers (OEM).

LP Gas

GOIL is the market leader in the LPG (Liquefied Petroleum Gas) market. Our clientele base comprises retail outlets and direct bulk consumers.
We also boast of an unmatched fleet of LPG Bulk Road Vehicles (BRVs) making GOIL a force to reckon with. GOIL has over 40 (forty) LPG Filling Plants and spread across  the length and breadth of the country and two depots in Tema  and Kumasi. We proudly have over 300 direct bulk consumers  i.e. schools, factories, hotels, hospitals, restaurants, Government  Ministries, Departments and Agencies etc.

We have an experienced technical team and engineers who are trained to assist customers to solve challenges and concerns at the LPG facilities and installations. We are passionate about safety issues therefore, LPG training sessions are organized  annually focusing on all players within the supply chain.  GOIL is second to none when it comes to LPG in Ghana. You are assured of our satisfactory service at all times.

Aviation

GOIL went into aviation to improve the company’s image internationally and to maximize our customer opportunities in other airports in the country, we have constructed modern Jet A-1 fuel depots at Air Force Base, Takoradi and Kumasi International airport each with a capacity of 90,000 litres serving local and international Airlines. GOIL’s technical support is with ENI SPA (Marketing) Italy.

Bunkering

GOIL supplies Marine Gas Oil (MGO) to ocean-going vessels in Tema and Takoradi, a process called bunkering. In the provision of these services the Company lays emphasis on Product Quality, Product Availability and Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) standards. Our MGO meets the requirements of our esteemed clients in accordance with ISO 8217-2012 fuel standard with density of 15 degrees Celsius in kg/m3 as per ISO – 3675.

Our mode of delivery are offshore, anchorage and onshore depending on the port and its facilities

We also meet Marine Lubricants needs of our clients, marketing a wide range of primarily AGIP (ENI)
brands that includes Greases, Engine, Hydraulics, Gear and other related Oils.

THE FUEL CARD THAT GETS YOU GOING

Fuelling fleets just got simpler, safer, smarter… with GOIL GOCard.

GOCard is a prepaid electronic card which can be used to purchase and manage fuel. It allows for reliable follow-up on fuel consumption, eliminates the need to carry cash and can be tailored to meet the need of individuals, fleet owners and managers. GOCard uses a state-of-the-art magnetic stripe technology which helps reduce the risk of use by persons other than designated users.

Each card has a PIN needed to validate transactions.

Cards are captured when wrong PIN is entered three (3) times.

Individual Uniqueness:

An individual receives a customised card embossed with name and or vehicle information.

Detailed Receipts

All transactions record Date, Time, Place, Card Number, Authorisation Code as well as opening and closing balance.

Fleet managers or owners have control over consumption and can restrict driver journey and card usage in the following ways:

Loading your card account

Each client is provided with an electronic loading form, pre-filled with your company information, cardholder names/vehicle IDs and account numbers. This list can be submitted with payment to any of the designated filling stations, in addition to the GOIL Head Office and GOIL zonal offices in Accra, Tamale, Tema, Kumasi and Takoradi.

Funds can also be transferred from one card account to another.

Each account is assigned a relationship manager to help keep things GOing.

Clients may subscribe to our web access facilities. Users have real-time access to all transactions and developments on all cards assigned to their account.

Ready to get GOing?

For fleet owners, interested persons can either complete the fleet application form online or submit a list of fleet vehicles with completed forms through email advantage@goil.com.gh. Completed forms can also be submitted to the GOIL Head Office.

Companies may complete the corporate account application form provided in an information pack. Staff and Executives may complete the corporate card holder application form, also included with the pack. Forms for individuals are also available.

Once payment has been made and we have client information, card production begins. Cards take between 1 to 3 working days to be produced depending on the number required.
