H. M. Majeed University of Ghana
Dr. Majeed is a Senior Lecturer in philosophy at the Department of Philosophy and Classics. He obtained his BA (with First Class Honours) and Mphil degrees from the University of Ghana in 1999 and 2003 respectively. He then proceeded to the University of South Africa where he received his Doctor of Literature and Philosophy degree in 2012. He is a 2014 recipient of the internationally recognized and highly competitive American Council for Learned Societies (ACLS) postdoctoral fellowship, under the African Humanities Program. He also won a University of Ghana Staff PhD Research Grant in 2009.

African Philosophy, Philosophy of Mind, Philosophy of Religion, and Life-Death Questions.
