How to deposit money to My ALEXpay account
- Dial short code (*447*7#)
- Select option 1 (send/withdraw money)
- Select option 2 (ALEXpay account) from the menu
- Enter 1 (deposit)
- Enter 1 (my account)
- Enter amount
- Proceed from summary page
- You will get a prompt from the network depending on the network you use to confirm
- transaction
- Two messages are received when transaction is done displaying transaction status (the first from the network and second from ALEX pay).
