Dial short code (*447*7#)
Enter option 1(Send/withdraw)
Select option 1(Mobile Money Wallet)
Select receiver’s network (TiGO, MTN, Vodafone and Airtel)
Enter receiver’s number
Enter amount
Proceed from summary page
You will get a prompt from the network depending on the network you use to confirm
transaction
Two messages are received when transaction is done displaying the transaction status
(the first from the network and second from ALEXpay

NB//For MTN and Airtel Users, wait for a pop-up on your phone to complete the process.
For tiGO users, wait for SMS(Text Message) to complete the process.
For VODAFONE Users, kindly generate VOUCHER CODE (Dial *110# > Select Option 6 >
Enter your Vodafone Cash Pin).
