DIRECTIONS TO CANDIDATES

Please read carefully the examination regulations printed below:

(a) Any candidate who fails to put down correctly his/her full Index Number will have his/her paper cancelled.

(b) Candidates will be permitted into the examination room with their own battery operated cordless noiseless pocket-size calculators without print-out or memory capacities.

(c) The examination regulations PROHIBIT a student from:

  1. Taking into the examination room or possessing, while in that room, any books, notes or other materials except that which has been authorized by the Examination Supervisor or Invigilator.
  2. Aiding or attempting to aid another candidate, obtaining or attempting to obtain aid from another candidate.
  3. Failing to obey any instruction from the Examination Supervisor or Invigilator.
  4. Giving false or misleading information to the Examination Supervisor. The Supervisor is empowered to discontinue the examination of a candidate suspected of misconduct and to require him/her to leave the examination room. Any student who fails to comply with the above regulations may be liable for such penalties as the Institute may determine.
