Eligibility Requirements

Requirements 1:	Must submit an admissions application form before applying for the scholarship.
Requirements 2:	Must have or plan to have an F-1 or J-1 student visa.
Requirements 3:	Must have a demonstrated record of academic achievement.
Requirements 4:	Must be admitted to East Tennessee State University as a full-time, degree-seeking student before a scholarship awarding decision can be made.
Requirements 5:	**While students must submit an application form before applying for the scholarship, a student does not have to be admitted to the university before applying for the scholarship.
