- Bring your information: Have your receiver’s information, along with the money you want to send.

- Send online: Send money online to a bank account 24/7. It is fast, reliable, and easy. Simply select the Account Deposit option.
- Send in person: Visit one of our convenient locations to transfer money direct to a bank account.
Send money to a mobile wallet
- Select your receiver’s country: Then provide your receiver’s mobile number (with international dial code) in Kenya, Tanzania or Zimbabwe.
- Choose how to pay: Use cash at the agent locations, or credit or debit cards online.
Send money to an inmate
- Information you’ll need: Have your inmate’s name and correctional identification number.
- Find a correctional facility: Use the MoneyGram Pay Bills service to locate the facility name or MoneyGram receive code.
- Choose how you want to pay: Use cash from our agent locations, or credit1 or debit cards online. In some cases funds are available within hours.
